About us

Directive Communication Pte Asia (DCI) was established in the year 2000 by Arthur F. Carmazzi to provide a platform for people who work in companies to “reposition” themselves within the company. It provides personal development for employees through their companies without affecting the corporate structure already in place.

In addition it helps trainers and would be trainers through the establishment of franchises, through quality effective training techniques and tools using the Directive Communication Methodology. As well as being the Founder Arthur F. Carmazzi, a renowned speaker on the International and Asian circuit, developed his unique Directive Communication Methodology in order to meet these needs.

The main Headquarters are run out of Villa Carmazzi in Bali, Indonesia as well as from Master Franchise holders in Asia. DCI offers Training programs in Leadership, Organizational Development, Change Management and is available for company consultancies.

MEET THOSE BEHIND THE SCENES

The Bali Headquarters has a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere with a highly skilled team to handle queries, develop new products, setup websites, develop graphic design and handle all marketing.

ARTHUR
The Founder of Directive Communication, Arthur F. Carmazzi, known as Arthur to all the staff is the cornerstone of the company. Brilliant and outgoing with a sense of humor and a wealth of experience he has delivered breakthrough changes in psychological approaches to leadership and corporate culture transformation at all organisational levels. Constantly on the move within Asia he has to have highly skilled and loyal staff to run his dynamic organisation.
WAYAN
Leading the Team is Wayan, one of the first employees at DCI. As the director of Product Development, he comes up with new technology related products and systems using the DC Methodology. He handles all the Computer Programming, IT Solutions and is constantly coming up with new ideas. At present he is designing training games for teams and kids which will soon be available on line. He loves new challenges which he is offered every day.
DEDY
Dedy is our Senior Graphic Designer and is responsible for all activities of his 4 person design team. His main job is in Web Design and ensuring all enquiries from Franchise Partners and clients are followed up. He is also on demand from other staff because he can usually fix things when others cannot. Always involved in new projects, this keeps him on top of the latest design innovations.
SURYA
Dwi is our Audio and Video Specialist in the Graphic design field. Whether editing, creating videos, photographing or searching for new information he is always bursting with enthusiasm and is willing to help anyone at anytime.
SURYA
Putra is another of our Graphic Designer Specialists in Photoshop, CorelDraw, Freehand and a myriad of programs enhancing our Franchisee websites. His creative ads and website banner designs set us apart from the rest. In addition he has just completed the final layout for the publication of Arthur’s latest book, “Lessons from the Monkey King”.
SURYA

Edi is the team Graphic Designer responsible for compiling our many journals and books. His task is one of the most difficult and requires him to constantly update information to keep abreast of the latest trends and Arthurs newest publications and training courses.

FORD
Ford is the most seasoned and learned member of our team. Editing DCI publications, letters and books keeps him busy as well as contributing ideas and working with our graphic designers and assisting our Franchisees as well as being a springboard for creativity and literature.
AGUNG
Agung has been with the company since its inception. As Office Manager he handles everything. A jack of all trades, one moment he is at the printers, the next at the airport, or checking items on the computer. He is happiest when learning something new.
RUBEL
Rubel is the Business Development Manager with a wide range of responsibilities. Whether visiting potential clients, writing press releases, coordinating conferences and workshops, sending and answering emails and sourcing clients throughout the Asian region she is a fireball of activity. He is also one of the first persons to speak to you by telephone or when you arrive in Bali.
MARCY
Marcie is our Client Services Angel – if you have a problem, she’ll make it better. Her job is to make DC clients happy and make sure you are completely satisfied. Her PR background also lets her assist Arthur and our DC Franchisees to get more publicity for their triumphs in changing organizations. She is happiest when she can make a difference.
EMMA
Emma is our Personal Assistant is probably the first person you would speak to either by telephone, e-mail or in person in Bali. She handles all daily activities, Arthur’s travel plans and agenda and salaries.
