DC Certifications

Colored Brain Communication Certification

A successful certified candidate will be able to understand and apply the DC Colored Brain model, identify people with different colored brains and properly administer and interpret the CBCI. The candidate will be certified in Colored Brain applications and able to deliver a full day course on Colored Brain and its organizational and career applications.

Organisational Emotional Drive Certification

A successful certified candidate will be able to understand and apply the DC Emotional Drive Model and applications of DC Postures. These will augment applications of colored brain already learnt to provide a greater scope of use in organisational development and training.
The candidate will be certified in Mental/Emotional Interaction and able to deliver and conduct a 2 Day HR program for maximizing Human Capital.

Advanced DC Facilitation Certification

A successful certified candidate will be able to use DC methodology with hypnotic and audio psychology to create a higher implementation rate of the knowledge presented.  Facilitation of courses and training will have greater impact and the candidate will have a greater ability to deal with difficult situations in a course as well as get better reviews and recommendations. The candidate will be certified as a DC Facilitator.

Group Dynamic Systems Certification

A successful certified candidate will be able to use applications of DC in Organizational work Environments and training groups to influence behavior. This is a pre-requisite for becoming a DC certified Culture Change Coach and consultant. This certification provides the amalgamation of all DC components and makes it practical and Relevant in Consulting and Culture change. The candidate will be certified as a DC Practitioner.

DC Curriculum Development Certification

A successful certified candidate will be able to use DC and its applications to enhance development of personal and individual expertise. This certification provides the recognition that a certified candidate is competent in developing, formatting, and delivering DC Psychology based programs that assure results in training and after the training.

Partnerships with Directive Communication

DC Training Partner

A Training Partner has the rights to conduct Directive Communication based training. Used DC tools and make higher profits on their sale, has an accreditation from the AIOBP (American Institute of Business Psychology), and be individually included in DCI’s national and international marketing and PR efforts.

DC Senior Training Partner

A Senior Training Partner has the rights to conduct Directive Communication based training.Use Dc tool and make higher profit on their sale, has an accreditation from the AIOBP (American Institute of Business Psychology), and be individually included in DCI’s national and international marketing and PR efforts. He/she also has the rights to train and certify DC certified Trainers, DC and Trainning Partners (within the DC system and in conjunction with Arthur F. Carmazzi for the last 2 modules).

Senior Training Partner also have a higher degree of skill and are allowed to conduct some proprietary personal development programs such as Identity Intelegence and Leaders for corporate Revolution. Training partners also recieve a percentage of international royalties on Dc tools and programs they helped to crreate for the international market as well as an exclusive contract to train other DC Training Partners in those specific programs. A Senior Training Partner will develop Training Partners and is entitled to percentages of the license fee revenue from training and recruitment.

DC Senior Partner

A Senior Partner has the rights to everything a Senior Training Partner has, and is included in the national business development and profit of the Directive Communication organization.

He/she becomes a limited partner with the Master Franchise. A Senior Partner will develop Training Partners, Senior Training Partners, and is entitled to percentages of the license fee revenue from the training and recruitment.

DC Full Partner

A Full Partner has the rights to develop a geographical location together with DCI and retain the majority of the profit. DCI will subsidize Full Partnerships for selected Senior Partners that have shown exceptional aptitude in their roles as Senior Partners. A Full Partner will develop Training Partners, Senior Taining Partners, and Senior Partners within his /her organization. At any given time, Full Partners may perform any of the functions of Senior Training Partners.
