As the Regional Training Manager for one of the top 5 MLM (Multi-level Marketing) organizations, he personally assisted over 22,000 individuals and sales managers attain superior levels of success through strategic relationship nurturing and relationship selling.
Victor is a certified Directive Communication Psychology (DC) and NLP practitioner and trainer, and applies his vast sales experience and knowledge of human behavior to developing relationships that lead to greater sales and down-line development. With Directive Communication tools, he coaches individuals how to use psychology to effectively READ MINDS.
