This program teaches project managers, supervisors and project team members how to increase results through leadership psychology. By understanding leadership roles in a team environment, participants form their own distinctions to maximize their communication potential and increase productivity. This highly interactive “Directive Communication” based workshop gives participants the psychological tools needed (including the newest CBCI communication profiling tool) to understand one another at the most basic level of brain action. They will learn how to decode each team members physical way of processes information and how that affects perceptions of attitude toward work and others. This foundation allows a deep understanding and respect for the attributes, strengths, and weaknesses of each team member. By establishing a profound insight to the mental, emotional, and physical makeup of team members, leaders become more sensitive on how to draw out the best from a cross-functional and/or cross cultural group.

Leading Team Communication concentrates on leading people to make the most of their natural gifts and teaches strategies to set up a supportive environment that promotes the individual as well as the team. This leads to the creation of an environment of personal relationships that communicate at a profound professional level. With the new CBCI, Project Managers will be able to arrange team members into super “Whole Brain” teams with “Identity Based Decision Making”. These teams are composed of the diverse thinking patterns and can effectively communicate for superior decision making and implementable actions.
