The Directive Communication Innovation Culture Program

Training ROI

The program is composed of 4 components over 3 Stages to provide the guaranteed results:

  1. The discovery process (with Your organisations staff)
  2. The strategy process (with senior management)
  3. The training component (with your Key Influencers)
  4. The project component (Your Key Influencers with Your staff)

The implementation starts with up to 5 days for discovery and strategy, then Six 1-Day workshops (and incorporated projects) over a 12 week period.

Guaranteed Results are determined by KPI's and Environment/Culture Outcomes set during the Strategy session with Senior management.

Stage 1

The Discovery Module will consist of a series of interviews and information gathering sessions with a number of employees of the organization. These sessions will lead to a more thorough understanding of the existing culture of the firm and help identify some of the specific circumstances that require attention during the course. This will also be an opportune time to explain some of the objectives of the Corporate Re-culturing initiatives and participants will be exposed to many of the tools, techniques and strategies of Directive Communication.

Stage 2

Strategic Planning analyses the information gathered, and presents senior management with the quantifiable outcome of the program and outlines the required support from management for its successful implementation.

The roles of leadership in improving organizational culture will be discussed and established. Specific strategies to catalyze the culturization in a faster and more efficient manner will be established. An understanding of emotional needs to achieve greater fulfillment for all employees from current or intended incentive programs will be established.

Stage 3

The Transformational Directive Communication Component consists of 6 One day training events. Simultaneously Senior Management will have 6 separate one hour Coaching Sessions to support the initiative.

These Six 1-Day workshops apply the Directive Communication 3R protocol throughout the process:

Through the application of DC psychology and experiential methods, the initial one day workshops are designed to stimulate and enhance cooperation and initiative at mental and emotional levels.
