Certified Trainers on the other hand, have completed and been certified in specific components of the Directive Communication discipline and have been deemed competent in those areas. Only those individuals who have gone through all Eight Modules and have completed 240 hours of training are deemed as Partners and acredeted by the American Institute of Business Psychology.
