Born and bred in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Lily Lau is multi-lingual, fluent in English, Japanese, Chinese and Malay languages. Her skill bases are extensive with 18 years consulting experience in Price-Waterhouse-Coopers in charge of the Japanese Organizations Department.
Her history gives Lily the knowledge and skills to deliver training and advise on Cross-Cultural Management and the bridging of Multi-culture Communications.
Her clientele of Japanese companies cover a wide spectrum of industries; from manufacturing (electrical, electronics, chemicals, metal stamping) to trading, engineering, services and many more.
She has conducted workshops for Japanese organizations in areas of Communication, Management Skills, HO-REN-SO (Management through Information) and KAIZEN (Continuous Improvement) and other core disciplines. Her Directive Communication™ based training methods, in combination with established Japanese practices, breaks down barriers, cultivates trust and creates synergies across cultures in organizations.
