STRUCTUREThere are four levels of Directive Communication
Partnerships and a non-partner Certified Trainer Designation.
These are as follows:
Certified DC Trainer ( please see DC Certification Workshops )
Training Partner
A Training Partner has the rights to conduct Directive
Communication based training. Used DC tools and make higher profits
on their sale, has an accreditation from the AIOBP (American Institute
of Business Psychology), and be individually included in DCI’s
national and international marketing and PR efforts.
Senior Training Partner
A Senior Training Partner has the rights to conduct Directive
Communication based training.Use Dc tool and make higher profit
on their sale, has an accreditation from the AIOBP (American Institute
of Business Psychology), and be individually included in DCI’s
national and international marketing and PR efforts. He/she also
has the rights to train and certify DC certified Trainers, DC
and Trainning Partners (within the DC system and in conjunction
with Arthur F. Carmazzi for the last 2 modules).
Senior Training Partner also have a higher degree of skill and
are allowed to conduct some proprietary personal development programs
such as Identity Intelegence and Leaders for corporate Revolution.
Training partners also recieve a percentage of international royalties
on Dc tools and programs they helped to crreate for the international
market as well as an exclusive contract to train other DC Training
Partners in those specific programs. A Senior Training Partner
will develop Training Partners and is entitled to percentages
of the license fee revenue from training and recruitment.
Senior Partner
A Senior Partner has the rights to everything a Senior
Training Partner has, and is included in the national business
development and profit of the Directive Communication organization.
He/she becomes a limited partner with the Master Franchise. A
Senior Partner will develop
Training Partners, Senior Training Partners, and is entitled to
percentages of the license fee
revenue from the training and recruitment.
Full Partner
A Full Partner has the rights to develop a geographical
location together with DCI and retain the majority of the profit.
DCI will subsidize Full Partnerships for selected Senior Partners
that have shown exceptional aptitude in their roles as Senior
Partners. A Full Partner will develop Training Partners, Senior
Taining Partners, and Senior Partners within his /her organization.
At any given time, Full Partners may perform any of the functions
of Senior Training Partners.
