Resourceful Team Development

This workshop cultivates Team Innovation, Team Communication, Team Leadership and Team Motivation to drive unity within the organization. Through the use directive strategies that influence the way that people act and re-act to each other in teams and groups, participants will develop new mental, emotional and even physical interactions that will yeald enhanced performance teamwork.

this is NOT another Teambuilding workshop. Participants transform themselves as team leaders and team members, and develop the skills and creativity to influence others within the organization to equally raise standards. Teams and team leaders will understand how to communicate in a whole new way to maintain cohesiveness and replicate their success in other departments using a cascading structure that affects the entire organization.

This program teaches managers and project team members how to maximize the productivity of teams. The highly interactive "Directive Communication" based workshop gives participants the psychological tools needed to understand one another at the most basic level of brain action. They will learn how to decode each team members physical way of processes information and how that affects perceptions of attitude toward work and others. This foundation allows a deep understanding and respect for the attributes, strengths, and weaknesses of each team member and sets the awareness to become more sensitive of how to work better together in a cross-functional processes. This highly interactive “Directive Communication” based workshop gives participants the psychological tools needed (including the newest CBCI communication profiling tool) to understand one another at the most basic level of brain action. They will learn how to decode each team members physical way of processes information and how that affects perceptions of attitude toward work and others. This foundation allows a deep understanding and respect for the attributes, strengths, and weaknesses of each team member. By establishing a profound insight to the mental, emotional, and physical makeup of team members, leaders become more sensitive on how to draw out the best from a cross-functional and/or cross cultural group.

Leading Team Communication concentrates on leading people to make the most of their natural gifts and teaches strategies to set up a supportive environment that promotes the individual as well as the team.
